Where We Work

Leadership is a critical, yet often overlooked, component to be factored into planning when creating policies and programs that promote sustainable development.  At Leadership Global, we focus on developing the next generation of emerging leaders by helping them build the necessary leadership skills and enhancing their ability to make effective decisions that can and will make a difference in their communities and in the world.

Leadership Global believes that preparing the next generation of African leaders through leadership development training can empower a generation of young people to be catalysts for sustainable growth and development in their countries.

Our mandate is to support the emergence of a new generation of leaders across the continent through comprehensive leadership training and character-building programs. Since 1992 we have worked in a number of African countries including: Senegal, Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Liberia, Kenya and Ethiopia
